Our Prologue Light Touch (PLT) approach allows projects to often be completed without guests realizing we’re on site, even during high occupancy periods. SERVICES
3D Laser Scanning & Survey
From quickly documenting existing conditions to verifying that construction adheres to plans, 3D laser scanning captures precise building data to proactively save time and money. Document building elements in a fraction of the time it would take with manual measurement. Prologue Hospitality’s cutting-edge technology captures point cloud data about visible elements of a structure, collecting accurate measurements of great detail and complexity.
BIM/Revit/CAD
BIM modeling experts use “reality data” to build a 3D replica (or digital twin) of a structure using Reality Capture technology to quickly reveal precise measurements and information. From scanned properties, Prologue Hospitality can develop Autodesk Revit 3D models to accurately represent existing conditions of guest rooms, FoH, BoH and other spaces. These Revit models can be used to generate floor plans, elevations, sections and ceiling plans in DWG, PDF or other formats. The Revit model serves as a basis for nearly any geometric deliverable.
Verification & Analysis
Whether analyzing floor flatness and levelness, MEP installations, structural deformation or anything else, construction verification helps prevent costly rework, change orders and RFIs. Spot issues before they become problems with construction verification. Laser scanning during construction provides tremendous value for owners, general contractors and trades throughout the building process, as well as to the owner as the building is maintained, managed and renovated.
